Thank you for visiting our page and wanting to seek advice regarding your immigration situation. Please understand, that any advice no matter how small is provided via a consultation process only. This is due to the complex nature of migration and citizenship law, legal requirements, professional liability and compliance issues that must be adhered to by all registered migration agents. But more importantly, it's to protect the rights and best interests of the general public who rely on our profession to provide advice that is correct and accurate.

Consultations are booked on Tuesdays only at this time from 8am - 4pm (ACST) due to the extreme high demand and limited appointments and time available.

Consultation Fee $495 (includes GST) 

  • Additional fees will be incurred at our base hourly rate for any associated tasks beyond the standard consultation process eg. Letter of Advice, Legal Research, Responding to further queries, Follow up consultation meetings.

Morunga Migration provides a unique and individualised service which includes, 

but is not limited to, specialist advice for New Zealand citizens living in Australia.

Consultations include:

  • 30-45 minutes Zoom Video call. 

  • An assessment of your situation and circumstances, which may include checking documentation

  • Advice about what options you, your partner of dependent children may or may not have available

  • Identify complex issues or possible risk factors

  • The likelihood of success or failure

  • Where relevant, identify what the most cost effective pathways would be 

  • Either a follow up written response outlining possible pathways and prospects of success, or

  • Where applicable, provide a written estimate for services and fees if client wishes to engage our services to prepare and manage their visa/citizenship matter

  • Our full consultation fee will be deducted off our professional fees should you engage our services

  • A one-off opportunity to ask up to 3 related questions (within 7 days and in writing) after the response email has been sent out)

Consultations do not include:

  • Advice for other family members outside the family unit

  • Advice and instructions on how to do your own applications, including what forms to complete, costs and processes

  • Further advice once the consultation process is complete (apart from the 3 related questions mentioned above)

  • Preparing applications or managing your immigration matter

  • Refunds for clients who have no options available or are unhappy with the advice that has been provided

What you will need:

  • Complete the form below and add as much information as you can

  • Where applicable, email these documents and information to prior to our consultation or at the very least have available:

    • All identity documents such as passports, birth certificates, marriage/divorce certificates, change of name documents, drivers licences​

    • Notice of Assessments from the ATO for financial years from 2015 to 2020

    • Travel dates of entries into Australia

    • Expired passports

  • Bookings are limited to Tuesdays only. We will confirm a date and time once payment has been received.

  • Advice given is based on the accuracy of information provided and the current migration and citizenship laws at that time.

  • You have read and agree to our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A full refund will be given for consultations that are cancelled up to 36 hours before the set booking. 

  • A 50% refund will be given for consultations that are cancelled up to 12 hours before the booking.

  • No refund can be given for cancellations made within 12 hours of the consultation booking.
